As a senior sales executive, you will be empowered to generate sales of NTERSOL software solutions to new and existing clients that meet a wide variety of client needs. Essential functions include:

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting through research, market analysis, networking and referrals.
  • Work to identify and understand a client or prospects critical business needs and how they align with NTERSOL’s solutions and services.
  • Drive the entire consultative sales process: targeting top prospects, diagnosing customer issues, identifying solutions, conducting solution demonstrations, developing compelling proposals, negotiating and closing and ongoing customer relationship management.
  • Provide required sales reporting including forecasting, pipeline, funnel, key account growth plans and other reports as necessary in a timely manner.
  • Work with the executive leadership team to share ideas and new business development strategies
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain new prospects.
  • Represent the company to our clients in all sales oriented activities.
  • Identify key trends and customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications in order to find and close new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels.
  • Establishes and maintains productive long-term networks and relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years consulting and/or professional services sales experience with demonstrated results and success and four years sales experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred.
  • Mortgage lending industry knowledge a huge plus.
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with key C-level decision makers.
  • Enterprise and complex solution selling sales experience in a team environment.
  • Sales professional accreditation in at least one recognized sales training program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.

Position &  Responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst is involved in the design and/or modification of systems and business processes often with cross-functional teams. The analyst will interact with the business stakeholders, the project team, and subject matter specialists to document, organize and clarify business requirements and workflows. The BSA must be proactive with proven strength in researching and finding solutions to creatively introduce alternative processes and workflows to augment what the stakeholders provided. In this capacity the BSA needs to possess strong business and systems design logic, effective critical thinking, persuasive and interpersonal skills.

The selected Business Systems Analyst will utilize analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Analyze project proposals, production issues, business process change requests and technical enhancements. Gather information, define the problem, and develop solution recommendation regarding priority, scope, and design, keeping business objectives, cost / benefit and other relevant considerations in context to ensure focus and progress on a value-add project portfolio. Conduct analysis on assigned projects and translate the business needs into business requirement document as input for system design and development, testing and user acceptance.

The ideal candidate has experience in consumer financial services, mortgage, or direct lending businesses and technologies with the following skills:

  • Understand and document current state of business processes including data flows and recommend system improvements/modifications with enhancement requests.
  • Ensure business requests are correctly defined to provide direction and guidance to development teams.
  • Elicit business requirements for business improvement opportunities, analyze business requirements, and provide solution options for meeting those requirements through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to best practices for requirements/process design.
  • Capture knowledge and outcome of discussions and business.
  • Understand business stakeholders’ strategic vision and associated priorities.
  • Facilitate the creation of UAT cases and scenarios as needed.
  • Research technology products/services and prepare client presentations while working with internal teams. Prepare functional specifications documents along with solutions options, as well as provide input for high level technical design.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop systems, processes, and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in a business analyst / business systems analyst / project management role. Financial Services preferred.
  • Experience with the following: JIRA, ADO, Confluence, MS SQL, ETL (Any type), Digital/Mobile Applications, External and Web Services, Websites, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Software Requirements and Specifications.
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced business environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task across several projects supporting multiple business departments.
  • Translate technology terms into business language and examples clients can relate to.
  • Proven track record in the ability to conceptualize, apply, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information to determine solutions.
  • Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle. Well versed in different project life cycle management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Able to thrive in an Agile methodology environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of best practices related to release and change management, software development life cycle, workflow, process modeling and design.
  • Knowledge of technology systems interfaces, application architectures and data integration. Experience with Cloud services environments highly desired.
  • Strong experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, including working with clients and third-party services teams.

Position &  Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Engineer at NTERSOL you will join our cloud team designing and implementing custom solutions for clients developing or deploying business applications to cloud environments. We love serverless technology, elegant automated infrastructure, and clean PaaS solutions but we work with clients to find the optimal solution for any challenge. Here are some of the key tasks for this role:

  • Work on a consultative basis with various customers to design and implement cloud solutions
  • Plan and perform on-premise to cloud migrations including lift and shift, hybrid, and greenfield designs
  • Attend meetings and present ideas and designs across the spectrum of stakeholders from engineers to executives
  • Implement pipelines for application build and deployment
  • Create diagrams, charts and documentation of design choices to achieve customer buy-in and approval.

Qualifications:

  • Technical certifications: AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Windows, Kubernetes
  • Experience with DevOps platforms: Azure DevOps, AWS Codestar, GitHub, Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins
  • Experience implementing infrastructure and configuration as code: Terraform, ARM templates
  • Cloudformation, Serverless Framework, SAM, CDK
  • Experience operating cloud infrastructure in production
  • Knowledgeable on pros, cons, and suitability of various PaaS and IaaS cloud solutions
  • Expert understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, Load Balancing, Proxying as it relates to application hosting

Position &  Responsibilities:

The Sr, Project Manager acts as the primary liaison to customers during the project execution phase managing combinations of NTERSOL, 3rd party and client resources. The PM creates and maintains project artifacts, project meetings (i.e., standups, grooming, roadmaps, executive reporting, etc.). The PM may interact with all levels of both NTERSOL and our clients’ organizations. The PM must have proven capability in influencing and directing diverse teams of sole contributors while remaining easily adaptable to changing priorities and shifting requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience in consumer financial services, mortgage, or direct lending businesses and technologies with the following skills:

  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable taking on non-PM tasks (requirement gathering, workflow diagram)
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is alignment with client objectives
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
